ようやくお店が再開したので、ランチ時に訪問しました。
テーブル席とカウンターで結構キャパシティあります。
お店の中は沖縄風で、たくさんの水槽に魚が泳いでいます。何か癒されますね。
ランチメニューも色々あるので非常に迷いましたが、定番で人気No１の
・ソーキそば（830円税込）です。
カツオ系スープに、うどんより細めの軽くちぢれた麺が合います。
特筆はやはり、豚バラ軟骨ですかね。
熱々トロトロで甘めに煮込んだ味で、あっさりスープにいいインパクトです。
全体的にまとまっています。
他のメニューもいろいろいただきたいです。
