初訪問です。
荻窪南口の商店街を歩き5分ほど。有名なビストロの隣にあります。
7月開店ということで、まだ開店されたばかりですが、帰路で看板を見て気になっていたので本日お邪魔いたしました。
店内はとても綺麗でスッキリした空間でした。
店主が配膳されて、他に2人厨房に。
まずは、クーポンでビールを頂き、日本酒へ。
お料理は、ポテサラ、牛スジの煮込み、サワラの刺身、がんもの香味野菜を注文。
どれも美味しかったです。
ポテサラはカニの風味？カニカマ？と黒胡椒が効いていて美味です。
牛スジの煮込みは味噌味ではなく塩味でさっぱり。
サワラのお刺身はプリプリで最高でした。
がんもの香味野菜は、ミョウガ、大葉、きゅうりなど夏にピッタリの味。
どれも日本酒のためのお料理。
日本酒は、写真の通りユニーク？な品揃え。有名なお酒も、あまり見ないお酒もあり楽しかったです。
お酒に関する情報もメニュー内にたくさん。
店主からも頻繁に声をかけて頂き、日本酒のお話やオススメも教えて頂きました。
次回は品揃えも変わっているのかな？
