First visit. Although there was a sign at the entrance saying "Solo diners welcome," I cautiously climbed the stairs. As a result, the counter was almost empty, so I was able to enter without any problems. The name of the restaurant suggests that the staff there are people who have trained at famous restaurants in Hachioji. So I ordered the selection 's choice skewers. We toasted with Mitake soda. We also ordered potato salad. The skewers were pretty good. I would prefer sesame oil if the liver is salted, but this is not bad either. The portions are a little small, but it was very delicious.
