On this day, I went to our restaurant, which was open for lunch from relatively early in the private space. I quickly decided what to eat, but I didn't realize there was a self-service corner in the back until the staff told me! This style is becoming more popular in mainland Chinese Cuisine. However, be careful as it may not be unlimited depending on the item! There are plenty of cold dishes and soups, only one Fried food that seems to be served depending on the day, and unlimited drinks and rice. The drink was jasmine tea. On this day, Fried food was not self-serve, but rationed (or so I guess?). Gyoza / Dumpling set meal: 4 gyoza each with meat, cheese, and Gyoza / Dumpling! The skin is relatively thick, has a crispy texture, and retains its stickiness. Although the spring rolls were quite seasoned, Gyoza / Dumpling didn't have much seasoning, so I recommend the store's sauce rather than just vinegar. The shrimp in particular are plump and delicious. The meat isn't very juicy, but the taste of the meat is good, and it's delicious. I thought the cheese was a bit of a mismatch, but it was delicious when served on the rice with a sauce filled with vinegar. That's ¥950! The cold dishes in the self-serve corner (on this day, it was vermicelli salad) were delicious and filling. This is a store I'm very grateful for.
