GWに独りランチで来ました。
開店少し前に着いたので、地下にあるお店の前で待つか地上の階段入口で待つか迷って、地上で待つことにしました。続いてもう1人お客さんがきて、私の後ろに佇みます。どうやらこれで良さそう…。
蛤を使った中華そばは数種類あり、かなり迷いましたがスタンダードな中華そばの塩を頼みました。蛤と鶏で出汁を取るようです。
5分ほどで着丼。
少し白濁したスープにやや太めの麺に鶏と豚のチャーシューが4枚も乗っています。あとネギと刻んだ玉ねぎが彩りをそえます。
香りは貝系のやや刺激的な感じ。
スープは蛤の風味が強く少し遅れて鶏の旨みも感じます。滋味深くて身体が喜んでいるように感じる美味しさです。全部飲み干してしまいたい衝動に駆られます。
麺は小麦の風味が強めのストレートでスープとの辛味が良いですね。
タマネギが良いアクセントになっています。
また、機会を見つけて食べに来たいです。
