店は高井戸から徒歩10分ほどの立地で
券売機はなく8席ほどのカウンターのみ。
開店前からイカレタほど行列してたけど
イカレタほど早く到着したのでポールポジション。
自分のことなら行動が早い。
塩そばって店の名前にもなってるくらいだから、
もちろん塩そばを注文。
それにしてもなんという美味さ。
こんなに深く、濃縮された塩そばは記憶にない。
とにかく濃縮、凝縮という言葉が似合う。
塩ラーメンのポンテンシャルは海だな。
深く、広く、果てしない。
母なるラーメンだ。
結論をいうと、美味すぎる。
そしてこの麺線の美しさ。
美しさは味の美しさに比例する。たぶん。
深淵の海の従者は
豚肩ロース、チャーシュー細切れ、
大山鶏のチャーシュー、軟骨つくね。
玉子はオプション。さすが大地の完成品。
チャーシュー丼はもちろん美味いが、
ラーメンが美味すぎてディテールが思い出せない。
でもラーメンと一緒に頼んで
お腹はちょうどいい。
