Da Nang food!
A restaurant serving Da Nang cuisine in central Vietnam. Here's what I ate this time: Da Nang-style com tam ◎ Deep-fried tofu ◎ Banh xeo ◯ Cilantro salad ◎ Homemade sausage ◎ Stir-fried squid with pineapple and tomato ◯ Fresh spring rolls ◎ The sauce is delicious overall. The cilantro salad has an excellent balance of sweetness, sourness, and spiciness. It's refreshing to mix the com tam with rice. A newly opened Vietnamese Danang restaurant in Ogikubo. Da Nang is a city in central Vietnam, but I feel that they are particular about Da Nang Vietnamese Cuisine cuisine. First of all, the flavors are all unique and delicious. In particular, the fish cakes are not as fluffy as Japanese fish cakes, but are full of flavor and taste more like snacks. The deep-fried tofu is also great as the seasonings and sauce match well. The fresh spring rolls have chewy skin. I was told that in central Vietnam, such as Da Nang, it is common to eat with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce. Yeah. This fits better. The meat and green papaya salad has a perfect balance of spiciness and sourness. My mouth feels refreshed. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and beer taste great. Very elaborate Da Nang cuisine
There are many Vietnamese Cuisine, but this one focuses on dishes from Da Nang, a large city in the central region. Instead of the pho bo or ho gha that you can find at any Vietnamese Cuisine, you can eat Da Nang specialties like bun bo. I ate three types of noodles, and they were all elaborate and delicious, and best of all, they had a taste you don't find in ordinary Vietnamese Cuisine restaurants. In particular, the mixed soba noodles with fried wontons come with unique seasonings, and if you add them midway through, you can enjoy a completely different flavor. 初めて行って以来、定期的にリピしてるダナン町。
この日はランチ。
揚げワンタン和えそばは抜群。
添えてある醤油で味変するとさらに本格的。
バインミーもいいね。
デザートにアイスクリームもついてこのコスパはやば。
個人的にはランチは和えそばが1番良いかな。
