The annex of Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling Stores.It is located in the Hinodegai shopping district of Ogikubo on the JR Chuo Line.It is delicious Gyoza / Dumpling made with fine feather ingredients.I went on a weekday evening.Customers were just starting to arrive. I was able to line up in a timely manner, which was great. I took a seat at the long counter in front of the kitchen where Gyoza / Dumpling were being cooked. The lid of the frying pan was cool with an ascending dragon. It was oiled instead of lard. It was a pot with a lid, so I steamed it properly. Grilled Shiso Gyoza / Dumpling Set Meal W ¥990- A large serving of rice is free, so I went for the large one. I had eaten the regular Nogata Gyoza / Dumpling at the main store, so I chose the Shiso one. It's packed with stuffing. There's plenty of Shiso in it. The crispy skin is irresistible. The sauce was vinegar soy sauce and garlic or vinegar and pepper to taste.There were 10 of them, so I thoroughly enjoyed them.It also came with miso soup, which was very delicious.The pickled celery was also delicious! Finally, the hot mint tea was served, and it was quite refreshing.I think I'll be hooked on mint warm tea for a while from now on.I was happy to be able to enjoy the taste of Nakano Nogata Gyoza / Dumpling 's 100 Famous Stores.It also goes well with rice. I thought this was Gyoza / Dumpling that would go well with alcohol.The staff was also very cheerful and kind.It's a very nice restaurant.It's close to the station.
