荻窪に"ワルンルンパ"という
沖縄発のインドネシア料理店が
できたと聞いて行ってきた。
店内は、カウンター席のみの造り。
先客3名、後客2名で全員女性。
着席したら、
"ナシチャンプール"と
"ビンタンビール"を注文。
さて、"ナシチャンプール"は、
サフランライスに
数々のインドネシア料理が
盛り付けられ、
これを混ぜ混ぜして食べてみると、
サフランライスが
べちゃっているのと、
もちろん全てとは言わないが、
出来立て感があまりなく、
なんか、ビュッフェ料理を
盛り付けたような感じ、、
まだ、実力を出し切れていないのかな、、
そんな感じがした
インドネシア料理店でした。
