ワルンカレーは牛筋のルンダンカレー、海老出汁カレー、チキンココナッツカレーな3種中2種選ぶ¥1,500、チキンが一番マイルドとの事で牛筋と海老に決定、そしてピリ辛2種サンバル¥無料もお願いする。
体格のいい男子、3分後皿配膳。
小さなパパドと人参、玉葱酢、ゆで卵1/2の上に赤唐辛子振りかけ、サンバル未使用時は1.3〜1.6辛程度がサンバル付け足し0.5辛辛増し旨味最高！ライスはターメリック米180g位。
会計時体格のいい男子に「美味かった」伝えると「有難うございます」とオーナーシェフを呼び…可愛い女子登場！バイトスタッフかと思ってた。
