西荻窪でランチ。
何年も前から行っているお気に入りのカレー屋さんを初めてレビューします。
店内はこじんまりしていますが、
席の間隔が空いていてゆったり過ごせます。
店員さんは明るくテキパキしていて気持ちが良い。
おしぼりを手渡ししてくれたり、グラスが空くとすぐにお水を注いでくれたり、ナンのお代わりを聞いてくれたり気遣いたっぷり。
注文したのは、
ホリデーダブル 1,200円＋200円
（サラダ、日替わりの里芋とチキンカレー、バターチキンカレー＋200円、ナン食べ放題、チャイ）
サラダは酸味のあるドレッシングでさっぱりしています。
ナンはとにかく大きくて、お皿からはみ出ちゃうくらい。
薄めで端の方はパリッと、真ん中はふんわりしています。
そのまま食べても甘みがあるので美味しい。
ナン食べ放題は嬉しいです。
日替わりカレーは里芋とチキンのカレー。
トマトベースのカレーにあめ色の玉ねぎの甘みが出ていて美味しい。ピリッと辛くて、後味はコクが続きます。
柔らかい里芋とジューシーなチキンが合います。
スパイス感は強くないので食べやすいカレーです。
バターチキンカレーは甘ったるいタイプではなく、トマトの甘みとバターのコクがとっても美味しい。
チキンはスジがなくて柔らかい。
食後にはチャイを。
茶葉は濃くて甘いのでカレーを食べたあとにほっと一息つけます。
私にとってこちらのバターチキンカレーは、カレーが大好きになったきっかけのお店です。
100店舗以上行きましたが、やはり美味しいと感じました。
インドカレーと言ってもスパイス感が強いカレーではないので、親しみやすいお味だと思います。
