西荻窪のラーメン店。
軽く飲んだ後に訪問。
～注文～
ニンニクラーメン 650円
味の濃さ、麺の固さ、油の多さをオーダー出来る。
全て普通でオーダー。
スープはデフォルトで背脂たっぷりの見るからにコッテリな見た目だが、
味は以外にもあっさり醤油。
新潟でよく食べた背脂チャッチャ系の味に近いと感じた。
スープ自体は割とあっさりだが、刻みニンニクをスープに溶かすとガツンとしたパンチを味わえる。
翌日後悔しそうな味だが(実際に後悔した)、たまにはこういうパンチのある〆ラーメンもいい。
麺はプリっとした中太縮れ麺で、これまた新潟を思い出す。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、もやし、海苔。
分厚くホロホロのチャーシューが旨かった。
飲んだ後にもかかわらず、ペロリと完食。
夜営業のみのラーメン店だが、しっかり旨くて何より安い。
650円でここまでトッピングが豪華なラーメンはなかなか無い。
駅からちょっと距離があるが、西荻で飲んだ後にはおすすめ。
