西荻窪駅からはちょいと距離があるためLOOPに乗って訪問。
オススメのニンニクラーメンにチャーシューやバター、アボカドなどトッピングして醤油と味噌2種類でオーダー。
ベースは豚骨かな。調理風景を見ている限りでは化調らしいものの投入はなかった。それもあってか見た目とは反して非常にあっさり。ニンニクのインパクトもあり不思議と引き込まれるスープ。好み的には醤油かな。麺は細縮れでデフォで柔め。チャーシューがホロホロ崩れるほど柔らかくボリューミー。
駅から遠く夜営業のみのハードルの高さはあるが一定の客層の支持はキープしている模様。ご馳走様でした。
