この日はとある展覧会(３回目)に向かう道すがら、小腹が空いてたので、蕎麦にするかラーメンにするか牛丼にするか悩んでたところ、たまたま3席カウンターが空いてたので、飛び込みました。
30年前から店先を通ってましたが、親の店行動範囲外だった為、子供を連れて初めての訪問。
店先のオススメにあった玉子そば×2、チャーシュー麺×1で。線路の電車の音、茹でるタイミングに着ける換気扇の音、常連さんの注文しながらの2階に昇る音、黙っていてもチャッチャッとラーメンが出来上がるのに見入ってました。
お味は麺は素朴ながら食べ応えがあり、スープはシンプルながら飲みやすく、卵はぼそぼそながらスープと合わせると口の中が幸せで、チャーシューは嬉しい二枚に挽肉が散らしてあって、しゃきしゃきモヤシにシナチクの固さがアクセントになり、、、
ロケーション含めて、ラーメン遺産に登録でいいんじゃないでしょうか。次は何年後か分からないけど、昔ながらの中華そばを食べたい方は、早めの訪問を！
