ミニオフ会。
呑んでた話の中で、四半世紀の間を昨日のように思い出せる年頃…なんてことを言ってたのだけど、ホントは当店30年オーバーぶりなんだけど…。
成人し、酒を飲めるようになってほどなくして、1コ年長の先輩が連れてきてくれたマニアックな焼き鳥屋、ジビエ（雀や鶉）やゲテ物(まあるい芋虫だったような…)などが味わえて…という、鮮明な記憶が…。中央線各駅の焼き鳥屋の中でも先鋭的、それが故に今日この日まで来なかったｗ。だがこの日のメニュー相にはそうしたアイテムはもうなかった。ひと安心というか…(^^;。
串物はモツ中心に。さすがの火加減、あとはテキトーに美味しそうなもの取り合うが、呑みながらメモ付けるでもなし、ゆるい内容になってしまいスミマセン。
メニュー相みるとライスセットと組んで定食化できるようになってますが、洋風というか欧風なアイテムがけっこうあるので、ワインは既にあるんでフランスパンでもあれば、洋定食だなんて洒落乙なことができるかなあと。あと、焼鳥にワインという組み合わせもけっこうイイものですね。当店のこのちょっと青臭いようなグラスワイン気に入りました。ワイン好きのうちの大家さんでも連れてこようかな。
