翌朝のパンを購入するために利用。
場所は、西荻窪駅から5分ほどの場所にあり、住宅街の只中のため違法駐車を見張る人もちゃんと外におり、迷惑をかけない為の配慮が伺える。
店内は撮影禁止とあり、スマホを触っているだけで注意された人もいたので建前ではなくキチンと管理してくれている。
店内は重ったより広く、奥にある工房もオープンになっている。
今回は、絹食パンをテイクアウトで購入。
翌朝トーストして食べる。
外はしっかりトースト出来たため、香ばしさが増した感じはあるが、小麦の香りはちゃんとたっている。ふんわりした食感も残っておりながらある程度の弾力もありトーストに最適なパンと感じた。
今まで食べた中でも上位に入ってくる美味しさで、近くに来た際は必ず購入したいパン。
