西荻窪駅から少々歩いた場所にあるフィリピン料理のお店です。
訪問は日曜日の夜。
店内に日本人は自分だけ。店員さんはもちろんフィリピンの人。お客さんの2組もたぶんフィリピンの人です。
店員さん曰く「日曜日のランチは食べ放題があって混む」そうです。自分が訪問した時間帯は空いてましたね。
訪問時は欠品しているメニューが多くて残念でしたが、あまり辛くなさそうなのを中心にいくつか頼んでみました。
アドボン マノック サ ガタ 1200円
チキンのココナッツミルクカレー
アドボンが「漬け込む」という意味だとか。
マノックが鶏肉、ガタがココナッツだそうです。
鶏胸肉1枚を使用したココナッツ味のカレーです。仕上がりがマイルドで美味しいです。甘い味付けですが自分は好きですね。ボリュームもありますよ。
スキンレス ロンガニサ 750円
皮なしフィリピンソーセージ
二口大のソーセージ×4本。ボリューム的には一息ですが、独特な味わいのソーセージです。
レチェフラン 540円
デザートはフィリピンのプリンとしました。
フィリンピン政府 観光省によると
「コンデンスミルクをたっぷりと使うため、日本のプリンと比べて、ねっとりと濃厚で、リッチな味わいが楽しめます。」
お店特製のレチェフランは確かに濃厚で甘くて美味しい。練乳の味が旨さの秘訣です。

本当はティラピア料理を食べたかったのですが売り切れ。また訪問してチャレンジしたいですね。
