西荻センベロ本日１軒目。都合４軒回りました。後にアップします。
店員さんは女性２名のみ。
１名は主に焼き担当、もう１名が接客メイン。
お二人ともとてもお若い。
接客はとても丁寧で感じがよかったです。
またお店をできるときに謎の駄菓子おひとつどうぞサービスがありました。
食したのは以下のとおり。

白レバー
ふりそで
さえずり
１軒目だったので軽くにしましたが、食した３本ともかなり美味。
特に白レバーは濃厚な味わい。写真を見てもらえれば美味しさが伝わるような一品。
これは他の串も期待できます。
