前から気になっていた西荻窪のすっぴんさん
やっと入店してみました。（なんでも吉祥寺に本店があるそうな）
外からだとスマホが充電出来るコンセントがあるのが見えて
多少、今時の客の居心地の良さの気遣いしているのかな〜っと
以前、素通りしたのだけれども
今回、初入店してみると店主さんのお店に対しての
一点の曇りもない商売への真面目な取り組みに
食事をいただく前から感動すら覚える感じでした。
入って直ぐの海鮮物を捌くブースの客との距離感
マグロ一匹を間近で捌き売りとかスーパーでしているけど
その飲み屋さん版と言うか、こんなに客の間近で盛り付けなどしてくれるの
有りそうで無かった気がして、サボりなど絶対出来ずで職人さんの魚と対峙して
真剣勝負が毎回観れます。
焼き型の方も網とお客が近く、ライブキッチン感満載！
前のお店を居抜き改良しているらしく天袋やいい感じに
装飾が残っていて狭いけど味の店内。
料理の値段もしっかりしたものはそれなりの値段
でも食べるとすごく美味しいので納得の値段だと思う。
お通しの代わりにどうぞと声を掛けてくれた
たれコンニャク150円（味噌蒟蒻）、丸々一個の丸かじりピーマン150円（煮浸し）
この2品がすごく美味しかったし良い箸休めになった。
刺盛2人前1,280円の刺し身もいじょうに美味しかったし
付いてるツマやガリも美味しかった、やっぱり良い店はそこを抑えるんだなと
いいセンスの店主さんがやっているお店は、
仕入れ、味付け、盛り付け、接客、居心地と全てセンス良いんだと思うので
またぜひ、来たい店です。
ps 静かな店がいい人は向かいないです。。。
賑やかだし、お客をよく観ているのでほっておかないです、いい意味で
どんな客に良いかと言うと停滞して会話のない夫婦向けかな
初デートには落ち着かなく、久しぶりの客にも落ち着かないかな
