知人との飲み会で、こちらに初訪問。
知人が、ここで飲もうと指定してくれたが、こちらも以前からから、ブックマークしていたので丁度よかった。
土曜の昼下がり、夕方前の中途半端な時間。
にも関わらず、ほぼ満席。知人が予約してくれなかったら、入れなかった。
まずは生ビールで乾杯したが、二杯目からは瓶ビール。
赤星は嬉しい。
知人は西荻窪に住んで長く、こちらの店にも良く来ているとのことで、メニューは、おまかせ。
色々と美味しかったのだが、衝撃だったのが、鰯。
魚に拘っているというので、てっきり刺身かと思いきや、焼魚。
これが抜群に美味かった。
脂乗りもそうだが、まるで、獲れたての鰯を、そのまま焼いたかのような美味さ。
産地までは聞いてなかったが、これだけの魚を出すなら、他の料理も期待ができると個人的に確信した。
この日の滞在時間は短かったが、日本酒も色々あるようなので、是非、再訪して、カウンターで魚と肴を日本酒で独りで、ゆっくりと楽しんでみたい笑
