西荻窪駅南口すぐの場所にある大衆酒場「すっぴん」にお邪魔してきました。こちらは”大人の縁日”をコンセプトに活気のある接客と鮮魚の炭火焼きが楽しめる1軒で、以前通りすがりに缶ビールをいただいたのでお礼参りに訪れた次第。
結果とても楽しい時間を過ごせたので背負える葱は背負うべ気だと改めて感じたのでありました。予約を入れて向かったため炭火と板場前のカウンター席に案内していただき、目の前で繰り広げられるライブ感も良き肴に。
おすすめの鰯は踊り串で。この日の日本酒からは仙禽に富久長、山形正宗をいただいて。お出汁と山葵でいただくあん肝も珍しいですよね。生ものや焼き物、炒め物とバランスの良いメニュー構成で何度でも訪れたくなるお店です。
