元気が出ると評判の居酒屋さん。
西荻窪と言う場所が学生の町らしくチェーンでは無い居酒屋は苦戦すると思いきや….
駅前の飲食店街の中でもこの店だけは満席営業でした…
メニュー構成が面白く商品の多さでは無く、過去に好評な物だけを厳選している感じ…中でも3種類の100円メニューが非常にコスパ良く、面白いのが豚バラベーコンをさいぼし風にタコ足に干してあり、提供時に切り分けて提供するメニューで味もしっかりしておりこれでお酒のおかわりを誘発して単価を上げておられるんだと思います。
サービスの方はただただ無駄に大きな声で元気です！では無くしっかりとした会話と目配り、おかわり等の伺いのタイミングなどレベルが高いと感じました。
こう言う店を利用するとやはり飲食の楽しさを感じられ良かったと思いました。
