これまで何回かチャレンジするがタイミング悪くいつも売切れで、この日やっと奥様と念願のラクーンさんのカレーを頂く事が出来ました。
今週のカレーは エビカレーとの事なので、
私は、" 3種盛り(ポーク、エビ、野菜)"、
奥様は、"ハーフ＆ハーフ(ポーク、エビ)"を。
定番のポークは、豚肉もホロホロで柔らかく、
辛さ控え目ながらしっかりスパイスも利いたサラッとしたカレー。 ホッコリする間違いない美味しさ。
エビカレーは、尻尾が付いた海老が入っていて風味も良く 海老の旨味がスパイスと相まり奥深い美味しさ。
野菜カレーは季節の野菜をふんだんにゴロゴロとカレーと言うより酸味を利かせた爽やかで辛口な1品。 めちゃくちゃ旨い!!
