つけダレ、沖縄塩、味噌の3種の調味料でいいだく絶品新鮮生ラム
生ラムチョップ1本1078円、
生ラムとお野菜のセット968円、
うちのポテトサラダ539円。
ここのジンギスカンは臭みがなくレアでいただくと柔らかくて美味しい。
基本の付けダレ以外にオリジナル塩と味噌と味を変えながら食べられるのも嬉しいし特に塩がおすすめです。
いつも食べ放題をいただくのですがこの日は単品を。
なのでせっかくなのでいつもの食べ放題メニューにないものも注文。
生ラムチョップも両面カリカリに焼くと、
中は多少レアでもいただけます。
骨付きの肉なので水分多くジューシーでめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
骨周りが美味いのは骨に含まれている髄液にコラーゲンや旨味があってその髄液の影響との事。
色々美味しくて食べすぎてしまいました。
結局食べ放題にした方が安かったねはご愛嬌。

何度も来てるこちらに久しぶりに。
生ラム、ソーセージ、野菜、ライス食べ放題。
こちらの生ラムはややレアがおすすめ。
基本の付けダレ以外にオリジナル塩と味噌と味を変えながら食べられるのも嬉しいし特に塩が好きです。
気になっていたラムしゃぶも単品追加。
臭みのないラムスライスがポン酢と白だしでそれぞれ美味しい。
SNS投稿サービスでよだれラムとポテトサラダもいただきました。

この時季の2階はコタツでそれもいい。
