西荻窪のカレー屋さん
まだ半分ぐらいしか制覇していない
今回は とら屋食堂さん
西荻は駅から数分程度でお店が集まっているので行きやすい
とら屋食堂さん 開店時間少し前ごろに調べたら結構人気みたい
予約ができるので満席になってるかもしれない。
あわてて電話して聞いてみた。あいてる。５分後に行くのでと予約。
あわてんでもええよと。。。。
基本は ランチミールス 1200円
大皿にたくさん載ってる これこそミールスの醍醐味
熱々のワダ 豆を焼いたドーナツ
いろいろなアチャール どれもほっくりした味わいにスパイスが効いてる
辛いヒリヒリスパイスではなく奥深い味わい
とら屋さんならではの味ですね
いろんな野菜のはいったサンバルも穏やかだけど深いコク
ぱりぱりパパダムをとると、ダールがかかったご飯
焚き具合もよく粘り気控えめだけどもパラパラでもない
絶妙な炊き具合でアチャールまぜまぜがよく合う。
ミールスは基本ベジタリアンなので
追加で砂肝と鶏のスパイス煮を
ひりひりすこしだけど、それよりも深いスパイス
とら屋さんでなくては味わえないお料理
これはカレーの範疇に入るのかなあ
スパイス料理というのデモなくて、もはや とら屋飯としかいいようがない
地元で人気なのもよくわかります。
ちょこっと とら屋さんでご飯食べようかという感じで。
シェフのとらさんと、お話し好きの奥様の雰囲気も良い。
いいお店ですね。
あと、ここはご飯だけでなくアチャールやサンバルもおかわりができる。
隣の人、3回ぐらいおかわりしてた。
みんなおかわりしてたけど、私はジムに行く前なのでおかわりなし。
なんだかおかわりしないのが申し訳なかった感じ。
