中央線の日本人店主さんの南インド料理店。
夜営業は事前予約でオープンするため、その日の夜になって行きたいと思っても行けないため宿題店でした。
過去レビューを拝見すると、予約時の相談次第で自由度の高いコースをお願いできそうです。
今回はランチミールスを頂きに訪問しました。
平日11:30訪問。先客無し、後客3組5名。

基本のベジミールスにノンベジを追加することもでき、この日のノンベジは3種で
・カルナータカのパンディ（豚バラ）カレー
・アーンドラのチキンカレー
・ケララのエッグカレー
からパンディ（豚バラ）カレーを選択。
カトリ（小皿）が上段横一列に並び爽快な盛り付けで着ミールス。
この日の野菜のおかずは、
・さつまいものクートゥ
・ビーツのパチャディ
・キャベツとニンジンのトーレン

◯揚げたてホクホクの豆のドーナツ
・今まで食べた中で一番大きいサイズ
・最初はそのまま、途中からココナッツチャトニやダルをつけながら。
□サンバル（豆と野菜のカレー）
・野菜は冬瓜に豆もたくさん入ってます。
□ラッサム
・唐辛子の辛さ控えめで胡椒がほんのり効いた落ち着いたラッサム
□ カルナータカのパンディ（豚バラ）カレー
・胡椒が効いてややスパイシー。
◯ダルや他のおかずと混ぜても強くなり過ぎず調和しました。ベジはベジで美味しいですが、やはりそこにノンベジの旨みが加わると満足感が高まります。
美味しいミールスを頂きました。
ケララの風（大森）やなんどり（荒川車庫前）と並ぶ落ち着いた南インド料理を食べられるお店だと思いました。
ビリヤニとかも予約すればお願いできるようなので、夜も行ってみたいお店です。
