チャーシューが個性的
西荻窪駅から青梅街道に出る手前の交差点にありました
歩くと結構遠いのですが、住宅地の雰囲気の中にあるお店です
店内は広くテーブル席に畳の座席まであるので結構ゆったりできそう、
地域の方が家族連れで来そうな
店前の看板には台湾ラーメン、台湾料理と記載があります
オーダーは素直に台湾ラーメンを注文しました
その他、餃子と小籠包
台湾ラーメンは見た目醤油ラーメン
ひと昔のラーメン屋さんによく在った様な、懐かしの味的な比喩がぴったりな醤油ラーメン
トッピングはチャーシューともやし
麺は好みの硬さでやや硬め、スープとの相性がとても良い
チャーシューが個性的、豚の味がしっかり出ていてターロンの味に近い
好みの分かれそうなところです
餃子は6個で450円
肉汁のおいしさにややニラの風味が混ざる
出来合いの美味しい餃子ではなく家庭の味に近く、自家製かなと思われます
小籠包
これは自家製？？
餃子に比べると期待外れでした

久々に中華が食べたくなって入ってみました
ラーメン目当てでしたが、辛さに魅かれて麻婆豆腐を注文しました
スパイスにはこだわりがあるようです
厚い陶器にぐつぐつに煮込まれた麻婆豆腐の到着です
赤い豆板醤の色と香り、山椒、豆腐のプリプリとした食感
このコラボこそ麻婆豆腐の美味しさ
いつ食べても鉄板です
表面には山椒の粉がまぶされている
痺れるほどではないが、香りは楽しめる
辛さは中辛ぐらいの設定に持っていても大丈夫そうです
ただそうすると、ご飯の量が足りなくなると思われる
後で気づいたが、麻婆豆腐は単品だったようです
ごはんがこないと思ったら別注文と言われてびっくり（(笑)
注文の時には何も聞かれなかったけれど、単品で頼む人も多いのでしょうね
麻婆豆腐とライスで結構な金額になってしまいました
来るならランチに限りますね
