スープをひとくち飲んで「あっ！おいし」と感じる。やはり味噌はスープが特に大事。
叉焼はバラ肉を使っているが良くあってる。その他いろいろバランスを考えてある一杯。
普通盛りでも十分な量。ＣＰも良い。ここは場所的にはやや厳しい。頑張って欲しい。

久々に訪問。リモートワーク三昧で、つい13時から会議だと家で簡単に昼食を済ませてしまうことが多いのですが、どこにも外出できないでＰＣの前で１日が終わるのも切ない。というより健康に良くない。なので少し余裕がある時は近場でランチでもというところです。
みそ叉焼麺をオーダーしましたが、以前と比べてチャーシューが薄く存在感がない。
写真を撮った後、熱であっという間に麺に山状に貼りついてしまいましたww
何というか、よくこんなに薄く長くスライスできたなと。そっちに感心。
これはこれで自宅では再現できないのですが・・・
今や市販品のラーメンも優れものが多くて、家でも割と本格的なラーメンが食べられる。
じゃあお店で食べるメリットは？というと人それぞれだと思いますが、私にとっては叉焼がそれかなと。なので叉焼は通販で別に買ったりして家ラーメンを底上げしてた。
なので・・通販で買えないような質感、味の叉焼を味わいたかったらそういうお店を選ぶしかないなと思ってしまいましたね。そういう意味では食べログは役立つかな。
