JR中央線西荻窪駅北口より徒歩約13分、青梅街道桃井四丁目
交差点すぐそばにあるタイ料理レストラン「ガパオ タイ」。
8月中旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
タイ東北部のイサーン地方の音楽が流れるまったりとした
イイ雰囲気の店内はテーブル席が全25席の広さ。
私は4人掛けテーブル席へと案内されました。
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
ランチメニューはヌードルのセットが全6種類。壁には夏期限定メニュー
「冷やしトムヤム麺」てのもありましたが、ランチはヌードルのみかな？
口コミの写真を観るとカレーや一皿飯メニューがあったので、もしかして
これは休日限定ランチメニューかもです。
この日は
「牛スジヌードルセット」(950円)
※生春巻き、ライス、デザート付
を注文しました。
程なくヌードルが上がりました。
ライスが付いているってのが面白いですね。
「牛スジヌードル」の麺は中細米麺。具には牛スジの他、
大根、青菜、ネギ、モヤシなど。
早速いただいてみました♪
おっと、甘目なお味のスープですね。辛い味が好きな私は
卓上のタイ料理店お馴染み4種の調味料の中から「プリック
ポム(乾燥唐辛子)」「ブリックナンプラー(唐辛子の魚醤漬け)」
をパパッと適量かけて自分好みの辛さに調整しました。
メイン具のブロック状の牛スジは良く煮込まれていてお口の中で
トロける柔らかさで美味です。ボリュームもあって食べ応え十分。
大根もラーメンの具としては珍しくて面白いですね。
生春巻きとライスが付いているのでお腹も満足なヌードルランチです。
スープを最後の一滴まで飲み干し完食しました。
