ガパオの"が抜けたんだと…
ホントは発音はカパオらしいですね。見てきたのではないですけど。なのに日本語表記でガパオが一般的になったのには、これまた理由があるようです。
それで食べだのはカパオではなかったけど…。
パッタイランチセット:むむむ!山盛りの色よいパッタイ！お味も舌にぶち当たる感じの甘辛酸！海老はプリッとしてて、麺は歯ごたえを残す。こりゃあ美味い店だ！アジアン料理店全体に言えることだけど、テクスチャーまでは気が回らない店がほとんどで、そういうもんだと思って食べてるけど、これを食べさせられちゃうと、以後他店を見る目が厳しくなってしまうかも…。当店へは以前の屋号の店にはお訪ねしたので、厳密には今回が初めてではないかもしれないが、シェフが変わってれば初めてといえるだろう。カパオ、ときっちり表記してきたのには、そんな気マジメさのあらわれだったかもしれない！
…なのに看板から”の落ちちゃった、脱力系の店と思ってた。昔のマンガで喫茶ルパンなのにルの一部が落っこちて…なんてのがあったっけ。他はパチンコ屋のネオンとかねｗ
