This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that mainly serves horse meat, just as you exit Nishi-Ogikubo Station to the south and go to the arcade. They serve set meals day and night, and I visited on this day because I wanted to eat a set meal. Two people visited and ordered a ginger-grilled pork set meal and Pork Cutlet set meal. The set includes rice, miso soup, and Small dish, and the portions are large. Grilled pork with ginger was mediocre. The flavor was strong and went well with the rice. The pork cutlet was soft, flavorless, and delicious.
