Today's lunch was at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) "Jajama" in Nishi-Ogikubo♪ It's a 1-minute walk from the south exit of Nishi-Ogikubo Station, just on the left after entering Nakadori Street. When I looked at the set meal menu at the store, I saw a lot of attractive set meals such as Pork Cutlet set meal, ginger grilled set meal, cutlet curry, etc., so I decided to go to this store. There are mainly counter seats on the first floor, and there are also seats on the second floor. I ordered a fried oyster set meal and waited for about 8 minutes before it was served. A set meal that includes fried oysters, shredded cabbage, pickled bamboo shoots and mitsuba leaves, pickled cucumbers, rice, and miso soup. I'm glad that there are 4 large fried oysters. It was a delicious fried oyster with a crispy coating and a juicy interior. It was freshly fried, so it was so hot on the inside that I almost burned myself. The soaked chikuwa and mitsuba leaves and pickled cucumbers were also delicious, and I liked that it was more about taste than Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) lunch that focused on volume!
