Nishi-Ogikubo [30 seconds walk from station] Liquor ban lifted! Normal business resumes! Alcohol sales ant! We will be open at full capacity
Zhangji Hotpot Beef Noodles, a long-established and popular restaurant loved by locals, located in a back alley near the Ximen Gate in Taipei, Taiwan, is opening its doors to the Kanto region for the |
Dinner on Sunday, March 10, 2024. With my partner. Work in Murayama in the afternoon. Dinner will be on the Seibu Line bus route. I got off at Kami-Shakujii, took the Kanto bus that departed at 7:56 p.m., and arrived at Nishi-Ogikubo at 8:13 p.m. Go to this store at the south exit. Diagonally in front of Yoneda, the yakitori restaurant I went to 8 days ago. Go to the counter seat. I ordered a draft beer (570 yen), 5 pieces of Mr. Zhang's hotpot grilled stick Gyoza / Dumpling (320 yen, 352 yen), 2 hand-wrapped Taiwanese Xiaolongbao (340 yen, 374 yen), and earthenware pot mapo with Japanese pepper that makes you feel numb. We ordered tofu (780 yen, 858 yen), deep-fried spring rolls made by a Balinese chef, vermicelli and seasonal vegetable lumpia (200 yen, 220 yen), and Zhang Kee's boar chicken (490 yen, 539 yen). The appetizer is ginger soup. The stick chicken, spring rolls, stick Gyoza / Dumpling, and Xiaolongbao are all normal. The mapo tofu had a sweet filling, but it also had a lot of Japanese pepper in it, so I enjoyed the numbing sensation. Finally, the specialty! I ordered the Taiwanese flavor of pork rice (690 yen, 759 yen). Hmm, that was one thing. I ordered a draft beer and my partner had a Keikachinshu with soda, and the bill was 4,148 yen. Well, I guess it's normal. I thought it was very difficult for the customer service staff to try to make the customers happy.
