I used it on a weekend, just before sunset. I was able to enter without a reservation. It wasn't obvious from the outside, but when I entered, I learned of its existence. I was guided to a seat on the second floor, and had a Kankoro mochi set and Sonogi tea. Ordering: It seems like there is a one-drink system.By the way, kankoro mochi is a mochi made with sweet potato mixed in.It is placed on a grill, heated with solid fuel, and baked at your own table for about 10 to 15 minutes.I was excited about this rare menu item. It has risen! I also need to bake the rice cake slowly, so I have to take a breather.Once the solid fuel burns out, I can get a new one, so it's a relief.If it gets too brown, it will become bitter, so just keep it in moderation so that the sugar on the surface becomes crispy. Of course, it was delicious with the butter and red bean paste that came with it, but even without it, the simple sweetness continued to bite and I really liked it.The restaurant wasn't that big, and the distance between the tables and counters was pretty good. It may have been a problem only when I visited that I was a little nervous because I could hear what people in the same space were talking about, but I was intrigued by the uniqueness of the parfaits and Other Sweets. I would love to visit you again.
