おはようございます。港区サラリーマンです。
本日は少し前は敬老の日だったと思いますが、
最近の老人はお元気で、安月給で働きつくめの
我々中年サラリーマンを敬って欲しいです。こ
ちらは西荻窪南口の神明通りと乙女ロードの交
差点の角にあります。元々もう少し南のカウン
ター10席程度のお店でしたが、2年前移転して
こちらへ。
オーダーするのはいつも4500円くらいのコース
になります。
・プロシュート
・前菜（飛魚のカルパッチョと野菜のグリル）
・冷製のコンソメ
・白身魚のミニハンバーグ
・自家製パスタ
・牛ハラミのグリル
・デザート
この日はお腹が空いていたので、野菜のグリル
を多めに、追加で海老のフリットをオーダーし
ました。
素材を活かした味付けで、普通のイタリアンに
比べると塩やチーズの使い方が少ないので、少
し薄く感じるかもしれませんが、食べ疲れする
ことはありません。野菜は最近自家製に換えて
いて、野菜自体の味が濃いです（オリーブオイ
ルが少し多かったかな）。冷製のコンソメは魚
介類と牛のフォンうまくミックスして、こくと
滋味があり絶品でした。
自家製オレキエッテもプリっとした歯ごたえと、
魚介のスープがよくあっていました。
メインの牛ハラミのグリルはボリュームがあり、
レアめに焼きあげて肉感を感じつつ外側はよく
焼きあがっていて食感の差も楽しめます。
個人的なお願いとしては、コロナ前はイタリア
の生ハムが提供されていて、薄切りのサンダニ
エーレのプロシュートはフレッシュでよかった
です。復活してほしいなと思っています。
