At Yakitori Yamazaki, we use different cuts of chicken from Shizuoka prefecture, Ichikoku Shamo from Kanagawa prefecture, Tanzawa Shigekuro Shamo from Miyazaki prefecture, and Hinai Jidori from Miyazaki prefecture on a daily basis.
