I've been to Sanshiro's main store next door, but I've never been to Neo. I wonder if something is different...? While thinking this, I was drawn to the fresh offal flags and went in. Then, a staff member spoke to me and explained to me, ``I'm Sanshiro,'' and that there are some menu items that can only be eaten here. eh? Sanshiro is in Sanshiro Neo...? ? I was shocked, but as expected from the manager, everything he recommended was really delicious. I came here to drink alone, but I couldn't eat all the food I wanted by myself, so next time I'll go with a large group (although it's not a restaurant that can accommodate large groups). Sagari sashimi is absolutely delicious even when grilled, but sashimi is just as delicious. The bowl was also perfectly cold. Although it's not in the photo (I took a video), the liver shabu shabu shabu shabu actually the type that is soaked in sesame oil, and it's extremely delicious. Even people who don't like liver can eat it, and the sweetness of the liver is delicious. Also, the stewed Cow tongue was the best. For ¥590, it doesn't feel like miracle food. It was soft. It comes with mustard and wasabi, but I prefer wasabi. In fact, it's like, thank you for adding wasabi too. As expected, Mr. Sanshiro is the manager of the Sanshiro Group (?). The meat is delicious, but I could feel his love for meat and his charisma in every word he explained. From now on, Sanshiro will go to Neo!
