昔ながらの中華麺。
荻窪にある老舗、の支店。なので、味は間違いありません。麺も同じものを使用していると思われるため、とてもおいしい仕上がりになっています。昔ながらのラーメンを堪能したい人は、ぜひともおすすめです！ |
平日14:50頃伺いました。
先客4名、スタッフさん3名。
入口で食券を購入。
ちゃーしゅう麺(1400円)
ねぎ小鉢(150円)
7分少々で着丼。
煮干しが香る熱々スープ。
もっとさっぱりしてるかなと思ったけど
ラードたっぷりでなかなかオイリー。
中太縮れ麺、これは美味しい！
プリッとしていて食感も楽しい。
チャーシューは豚ロース、
脂身が無く少し物足りない感じではあるけど
柔らかくて食べやすい。
でもわざわざチャーシューを増す必要は
なかったかもしれない(笑)
スープは最後まで熱々で
グビグビ飲みたいところだけど
猫舌のわたしには到底無理なことでした(^_^;)
味変にはガッツリ胡椒が合う！
これは頻繁に来ちゃうかも。
