夜の吉祥寺は久しぶり。
どこにしようか？悩んだ結果、
夜しか営業していないお店という
ことで、こちらを思い出し、
10年？15年ぶり位の牛鉄さんです。
イメージ的には、
モリモリ食べる焼肉屋さん。
子供たちが白飯かきこんで焼肉を
食べていた記憶があります。
メニューを見ると、
コンセプトは変わっていない様子。
価格設定も同じ感じです。
注文したのは写真の通り。
適当に色々注文しましたが、
タレと塩で大皿提供されたので
何をどれだけ注文したのか不明
になってしまいましたが、
肉質は柔らかめ。
赤身が多いお肉です。
それはそれで良いのですが、
気になったのは、下味が…濃い。
タレをつける必要がない濃い味。
コスパがよく、
スタッフのお姉さんも美人
笑顔で気が利いていて
以前より良いイメージでしたが、
小生には、今日は塩辛すぎ...
しばらく喉に塩を感じ続けて、
喉の渇きが...止まリませんでした。
若いお客さんが多いお店なので、
小生が重ねた年月で歳をとって、
薄味志向になっているだけかも？
