久しぶりに吉祥寺に来たのでパンを購入しようと思い検索。
ダンディゾンは行ったことあったので、百名店のこちらに訪問しました。
吉祥寺駅からアーケードをひたすら進み、道路を渡って比較的すぐの場所にお店がありました。
店内に会計待ちの列が伸びてました。
会計待ちの列とパンが置いてある場所が一緒なので、会計待ちの列に並びながら商品を選んで行くという感じでした。
プレッツェルは買おうと思っていて、あとはとにかく見たことないパンばっかりで、味も想像できないパンが多かったです。
そんな中で購入したパンは、
プレッツェル 175円
都内で開催しているオクトーバーフェストに行った時しか食べたことなかったけど、本格的なドイツパンのお店のプレッツェルは塩梅も固さもどちらも絶妙で美味しかったです。ビールのお供にも合いそうで、家に常備したい感じでした。
カイザーひまわり 150円
カイザー白ケシ 150円
お煎餅やお麩のような香ばしさをまとったパンで和風のようにも感じさせる軽い食べ口のパンでした。
こちらも美味しい。
ミューズリーブロード ハーフサイズ 325円
オートミールやひまわりの種やゴマ等の食感も良く。ドイツパン特有の酸味も弱いレーズン少なめのレーズンパンという所でしょうか。食べなれないタイプのずっしりしたパンでしたが。味に深みがありました。
とにかくどのパンも珍しく、塩梅も素晴らしく、食事としてしっかり食べれる食事パンでした。
食べてみてより気になったので、次回は他のパンにもチャレンジしてみたいです！
