リンデ 吉祥寺本店
吉祥寺にあるドイツパンの専門店。
いくつかテイクアウトしました。
まずはプレッツェル。ドイツのお菓子でとても有名ですよね。本場のものを一度食べてみたかった。カリカリサクサクした歯応えに独特の香り、香ばしさと程よい塩味。お茶菓子にもおつまみにもなります。これは美味い。
コサッケンブロートはシチューなどに合う食事パン。ライ麦のパンなので酸味があるのが特徴。ビーフシチューと一緒に食べましたがとんでもない相性。赤ワインと合わせて最高のマリアージュです。
クラストシュートレン。この時はクリスマスの季節だったのでこちらも購入。
実にしっとりとしていてドライフルーツの甘味、洋酒の良い香りが仄かに漂いめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。

今回購入したのは表面がプレッツェルになっているパン。プレッツェル独特の香りがあり少し硬質な質感。朝ごはんにこういうパンが一つあると気分が変わりますね。
ドイツパンは食事に合わせるのにうってつけなので普段使いに良いです
