マキシムドパリのナポレオンパイがなくなって久しく…ミルフィーユでココ！って言うのに出会えていませんでした。
たまたま吉祥寺でランチをして、日曜日営業しているはずと突撃する事3回目、ようやくミルフィーユが出るタイミングでお店にお伺いできました。
ミルフィーユはバター感いっぱいのしっかり目の生地です。サクサクっとしていて美味しい。そしてカスタードクリームではなくカスタードバタークリームが特徴的。ベリーを間に挟み、甘酸っぱいのと甘めが良いコントラストと思います。
また、ラズベリーとブルーベリーが上にのっています。
こちらのミルフィーユは倒して、ナイフで切って食べる王道のタイプですので、フォーク一本で食べると後悔します。
でも、ナポレオンパイが無くなってから、久々に美味しいミルフィーユに出会えました！
15時過ぎに10組ほどのお並びの後に並びました。
待つ事30分強…
6人しかお店には入れません。こちら接客丁寧で、その日は2名で回してらっしゃるのでゆっくりでした。
並ぶかいはあるケーキたちです。
