吉祥寺に店を構える『レピキュリアン』さん。
土日祝しか営業しない人気パティスリーで
ケーキを求めて大行列ができるお店。
この日は13:55くらいにお店に到着し、
10名ほどの行列で10分ほど待ち入店。
お目当てのミルフィーユを中心に
3品のケーキを購入できました。
〜購入内容〜
◉ミルフィーユ オ フランボワーズ(680円) ☆3.9
サクッとエアリーなパイ生地が印象的。
中はもったり甘めの生クリームだけど
フランボワーズの酸味が効いていて
フルーティー&さっぱり系な味わい。
人気なだけありしっかり美味しい。
◉シューパリゴー(367円) ☆3.7
ナッツのゴリゴリ感がアクセントの
シュークリームで中のカスタードが
かなり濃厚な味わい。
◉レピキュリアン(630円) ☆3.5
キャラメリゼされたシブーストの中に
りんごとフランボワーズが入ったケーキ。
全体的に爽やかで土台のタルトはソフトめ。
タイミングよく購入できました。
総評するとミルフィーユが美味しいです。
