吉祥寺をブラブラしながら食べログを見てみたら、近くに美味しそうなケーキ屋さんがあったので訪問。
時刻は日曜日の16時頃。到着したら5人ほどの並び。15分位で店内へ。人気のお店のようだし、ケーキ売り切れて焼き菓子しか無いかな？と思いながら向かったのですが、生菓子もありました。
その中にミルフィーユもあり、このケーキだけお一人様3個までと書かれていたので、2個購入。ショーケースには、私の後2個しか無かったのでもう少し遅れていたら買えなかったのかもしれません。
家に帰ってから食べてみたら、パイの部分は固めでサクサク。クリームの甘さも丁度良く、そこにフランボワーズの酸味が合わさって、これは旨い！
また是非食べたいケーキでした。
