桜満開の週末、午後から晴れた日曜日、
「プリミ・バチ」さんの「春のお花見ランチ
コース」を予約して伺いました。
最高の花見日和。予約時間まで生ビール片手に、
井の頭公園内をぐるりと散策。
地上はブルーシートを敷いて宴を楽しむ人々で、
池上は、足漕ぎのスワン号、手漕ぎボートで
大渋滞。多くの人で賑わっていました。
池に向かって張り出した枝垂れ桜が水面に
映り込んで、とてもきれいでしたw
お店に伺うと、店内も桜の生木が飾られていて、
気分が上がりますw
公園の緑が窓から見渡せる奥の席へ。
緑を基調とした店内は、落ち着いていて、
リラックスできます。
まずはシャンパンをオーダー。
この日頂いたコースは以下の通り。
☆軽くスモークしたグリーンピースのスープ
春らしい冷製スープ。
薫りを纏って、深みを感じます。
☆真鯛のカルパッチョ マスタードのソースと
柑橘のドレッシング
カルパッチョにマスタードは初体験かも。
真鯛のプリプリ感に、柑橘のドレッシングの
さっぱり感とマスタードの酸味が合います。
☆ずわい蟹と渡り蟹のタリオリーニ
お気に入りの一品w こちらのパスタは
やはりうまい。2つの蟹の旨みが詰まった
濃厚ソースが、タリオリーニと絡んで最高w
☆国産牛ほほ肉のマルサラ煮込み トリュフの香り
こちらも定番の美味しさ。
ほろほろにほどける牛ほほ肉の柔らかさ、
マルサラ酒の甘さと熟成感が生きたソースが、
パルミジャーノレッジャーノと黒トリュフと
合わさって美味w
☆マダガスカル産ヴァニラの自家製ジェラート
チェリーのコンポート添え
桜のシーズンにふさわしい、
チェリーのコンポートが大人な味わいで、
ヴァニラのジェラートの濃厚な甘さと
良く合います。重くなくて良い。
最後にコーヒーでほっと一息。
食べ過ぎた感がなくてちょうど良い
バランスのいいコース内容でした。
向かいの席では、息子さんの入学祝いの
会食を楽しむご家族が。
プリミ・バチとは、イタリア語で、
「ファースト・キス」の意味だそう。
地元の人たちに愛され、
大切な人との記憶に残る思い出、
忘れられない味を提供してくれる
リストランテの名前にぴったりですね。
