食べてみた。
◯クレーム・ビスキュイ
「さっくり焼き上げたラング・ド・シャ(猫の舌)に、ラムレーズン入りのバタークリームをサンドしました。」HP
薄く焼き上サクッと軽い食感が心地よいラングドシャとまったりレーズンクリーム。
小川軒のレーズンウイッチに似てるけど生地が違う。
こちらの生地も良いと思う。
