少し肌寒くなってきたこの時期は新蕎麦を(^^) 吉祥寺の五日市街道沿いの町蕎麦の名店へ。
昼過ぎで訪問のタイミングよく、お席空いてました！(その後、続々来店ありすぐに満席に)
注文は生粉そばと粗挽きそばを賞味(しめて2100円)。
生粉そばは細切り。エッジが立って、弾力もあり美味しい！粗挽きは蕎麦の穀物感が感じらます！
コチラのお店は日本酒のラインナップもいいので、次回はそば前からじっくり味わいたい(^^)
