玄そばを挽いたいわゆる田舎そばを中清さんではさとそばと呼んでいます．そのままでは切れやすいので二八そばになっています．それでも切れやすさは残るので，せいろそばでいただくいただくと，適度な長さでいただくことが出来ます．
この「さとせいろ 750円」をいただきました．小鉢も付いてきます．蕎麦を食べたんだという気持ちになりますね．香りも食べやすさもどちらも好きです．
