2021年４月１日で、70周年を迎えた老舗中華料理店。 |
諸用の都合で、吉祥寺へお昼の時間に来てしまいました。案の定、難民になりかかりましたが、運良くこちらのお店のカウンターが空いてまして難を逃れました。
ここは半ラーメンや半チャーハンがあるので、少食の私には助かります。という事で、半々セットを注文です。
ラーメンのスープはともかく、麺が平たい系は好みではないので、それはちょいと残念でしたが、チャーハンが好きなタイプでしたね。塩加減がサイコーです。みんみんよりもこちらの塩加減の方が薄めなので自分の好みです。町中華の感じも出ていてなかなか良かったです。
