ランチコースがお得です。
何度か訪問したことがある吉祥寺のイタリアン。
行こうと思っていたお店がランチを営業していなくて、こちらへ。
以前は前菜ビュッフェもあったような。。。生パスタとミートソースがウリのお店。
ランチメニューは、セットとコースがあります。単品もOK。
セットは、日本一おいしいミートソース、和風だしのカルボナーラ各９９０円～。
Pizzaもあり、ケアットロフォルマッジ 8インチ１０５０円など。
サラダドリンクセット、スープドリンクセットは＋３８０円。
デザートセット＋４７０円や、前菜とお酒が付いたバルセット＋５８０円もありました。
しかし、サラダ＋スープのセットがない。。。
コースは、メイン料理まで付いた平日ランチ限定コース２５００円と、
選べる前菜２種、パスタ、バゲット（おかわり自由）、デザート、ドリンク。
セットよりもコースの方がお得かも。メイン料理はナシの１８９０円コースにしました。
選べる前菜は、パルマ産プロシュート、カルパッチョ、日替わり前菜、、日替わりスープの４種類。
日替わり前菜は茄子。鰈のカルパッチョと野菜とトマトのスープにしました。
パスタは、アスパラとベーコンとキノコに。他にもいろいろと気になるパスタがありました。
パスタの量がたっぷり。生パスタのリングイーネなのでモチっとかんがあり、ソースに絡まって好み。
かなり好みのパスタでした。
２人で行ってパスタとPizzaを、シェアでオーダーするのもいいかもしれません。
スタッフさんのサービスがとてもよく、心地よいランチタイムを過ごせました。

・前菜２種
野菜とトマトのスープ：量はたっぷりあっさりしています。
野菜がもう少し細かくカットされているとよかったかな。
鰈のカルパッチョ：新鮮。ドレッシングがピエトロドレッシングに似ているかも。
・パスタ：アスパラとベーコンとキノコ
しめじとベーコンがたっぷり。アスパラは大きめカット。
パスタおモチっとしていて、好みの味付けでした。
バゲット：おかわり自由

吉祥寺での１人でランチ。なんだかパスタ気分だったので、
生パスタがいただけるトスカーナに行きました。お店の入り口で手の消毒と検温をして店内へ。
テーブル席に座りました。かつてはランチに前菜ビュッフェなどもやっていたのですが、
今はランチセット、ランチコースのみのようです。
ランチの内容は、パスタとピッツァの+料金でセットが色々選べます。パスタは単品９９０円～。
サラダセット（サラダ＋ドリンク）+380円(税別)
スープセット（スープ＋ドリンク）+380円(税別)
ドルチェセット（ドルチェ3種盛り＋ドリンク）+470円(税別)
トスカーナセット（サラダ＋ドルチェ3種盛り＋ドリンク）+580円(税別)
１人ですし、ドリンクはいらなかったので、ルイジーナさんのキノコパスタ９９０円、
日替わりサラダ２５０円、日替わりスープ（ミネストローネ）をお願いしました。
ちなみに、ルイジーナさんは、イタリアでイタリア料理店を開いていた料理好きとして有名な方なようです。
料理ですが、サラダがたっぷりで、オリジナルのドレッシングが美味しい。
これは２５０円の価値以上だと思います。
そしてミネストローネスープは、キャベツや人参などが、柔らかく煮込まれていました。
トマトたっぷり。でももう少しアツアツがよかったな。サラダとスープが食べ終えてから
パスタが運ばれてきました。美味しそう。
ポルチーニ茸やマッシュルームなどいろいろな茸がたくさん入っていました。
生パスタはモチっと。バターとニンニクの風味がします。
こういうシンプルなパスタっていいですよね。
スタッフさんから、自家製のハラペーニョソースをかけるとさらに美味しいとのこと。
途中から味変でハラペーニョソースをいれてみました。
辛いかと思ったら、、、あまり辛くなかったのですが、かけるとコクが増しました。
大好きな生パスタで、満足ランチ。ちょっとランチとしては高かったかな。
